Taking into accounts the countries demand as well as the needs of Partliv Co. and Pooladin Co. to hot forged parts ,Taftan Forging Company was established in 2004 with an annual production capacity of 5000 tons, in partnership with IDRO. Based on the schedule , the first production line of the company will be put into operation in Feb2005 and production of various forged parts weighing up to10 kg will be allocated to Partliv and Pooladin. and the remaining will satisfy part of the needs of other auto part manufacturers. The predicted number of the personnel will be 135 in the first year .This number will be raised to 200 when the company attains the ceiling of the production capacity . The predicted production line consists of two lines of 2500 tons and 1600 tons. Furthermore , a production line of 4000 tones has been predicted in the development plan .
